Yes, there is a Short Online Exam, you can write as many times as need be. Upon Passing you will be emailed a Personalised Certificate

Yes, there are opportunities, however various Brokerage Companies maintains a Screening Process. Only Candidates serious about the Business will be considered
4. Will I have access to the Recordings after the class?
Yes you will have access of the recordings, however access will not be immediate, it may take up to 5Business Days to Process and Upload the Recordings. The Recordings will be available over a 12month Period at minimum.
5. Will I be able to spot Fake Deeds upon completion of this Course?
No, you will require an attorney's assistance, however you will be aware of how they fraudulently reproduce titles and have an understanding of what to look for.
